New - Level 2 Award in Introduction to Financial Services Call Centres
CCNQ is pleased to announce that Ofqual has accredited the Level 2 Award in Introduction to Financial Services Call Centres. This qualification was developed in partnership with Call Connection, a financial services company which provides a call centre for insurance companies, to accredit their in-house Induction Programme. Even though this qualification was specifically developed for them it has been designed so it can be used by other organisations.
CCNQ would like to acknowledge the help and expertise received from Call Connection in developing this award and we look forward to working with them again.
