To obtain approval to run our qualifications, make registrations etc you will need to complete the relevant form(s) below. Please click on the form below and when prompted please save it to your computer. When you have completed the form, please email it to qualifications@ccn.ac.uk as an attachment or you can print it and send a copy to City College Norwich Qualifications, City College Norwich, Ipswich Road, Norwich, NR2 2LJ.

Application for an Appeal - Centres (On-line Form APP1)

This is to be submitted to City College Norwich Qualifications (CCNQ) within 30 working days or for special considerations and reasonable adjustments within 10 working days of the date on which you were notified of this decision.

Qualification/Unit Approval Application Form (On-line Form QAF1)

Approved Centres Only

Organisations not already approved to offer CCNQ qualifications must apply for centre and qualification approval at the same time by completing Form CAF1. Any approved centre wishing to extend its range of CCNQ qualifications must complete this form.

City College Norwich Qualifications (CCNQ) takes complaints seriously. It is important for us to address the issues raised by complaints because they allow us to rectify faults or shortcomings in our provision.
