Learners have the right to appeal against certain decisions made by CCNQ. In these cases applications should be made via the centre/training provider. However, the learner also has the right to appeal direct to CCNQ if they are not satisfied with the decision received from the centre/training provider with regards to an appeal against an internal assessment result. CCNQ will only consider applications from the learner once the centres appeal procedure has been exhausted.
If you wish to appeal against a decision made by your centre/training provider, please click on the form above and when prompted please save it to your computer. When you have completed the form, please email it to qualifications@ccn.ac.uk as an attachment or you can print it and send a copy to City College Norwich Qualifications, City College Norwich, Ipswich Road, Norwich, NR2 2LJ.
